LeeAnne and Lauren-Ashley may be cousins by blood, but they are sisters by choice. The twists and turns of life allowed them to become closer than ever and relying on one another more and more. Lauren is blessed to have LeeAnne stand by her side in such a special way when she and Chris join their lives together.

Meeting as junior firefighters in the Scott Volunteer Fire Department, Chris and Kris have been best friends for nearly 20 years. They are the type of friends that became family. Chris could not image marrying Lauren-Ashley without Kris by his side. (The debate over whose name is spelled correctly lives on to this day.)

Lauren's tiny built-in best friend and her baby sister. Growing up as each other's only sibling Lauren-Ashley and Chelsea went from matching kids, to dueling tweens, to best of friends as adults. Their parents always hoped they would rely on one another as they grew into adulthood, and the girls definitely heeded that advice! Lauren is thankful to have such a special best friend in her sister.

Lauren's brother-in-law married Chelsea in 2019. There's probably not another person in the world who could match Chelsea's youngest child attitude and sass! Lee is such a perfect fit to the 202 family, and the wedding party would not be complete with out Lee walking Chelsea down the aisle.

The Best Man's beautiful bride and our friend with the purest heart! Years ago when Anna married Kris, Chris (or Quizno as he is affectionately known) came as a package deal. But, Lauren may be getting the best deal ever! Anna, Kris, and their beautiful family are all blessings that are a part of the package in marrying her love, Chris. Lauren and Chris are honored to have Anna and their girls in the bridal party!

Closest childhood friends, Sawyer and Chris have known each other for the longest of times. Chris is so thankful to have such a close and steadfast friend in Sawyer! They have enjoyed many (MANY) a UL basketball game and trips together! Their wedding party would not be complete without Sawyer by their side.

The Lauren's met nearly ten years ago when Lauren-Ashley's parents met Lolo at a pageant and she immediately reminded them of their daughter. The girls met a few months later through pageantry and emceeing, and they did in fact hit it off right away with their similar big personalities! Since then, they have grown into close confidantes, co-volunteers at festivals, and the very best of friends! There simply would be enough sparkle at the wedding without Lolo by their side.

Far wiser than his years, Zack and Chris met as members of the Scott Volunteer Fire Department. Zack is the epitome of hard work and we are honored to call him a dear friend. It is no surprise to catch Chris and Zack catching up on the phone during long drives to a jobsite. Chris and Lauren are thankful to have Zack stand by their side as they join their lives together in marriage.

No one really remembers when Lauren-Ashley and V met. All we know now is they are each other's rock so very often, they share a deep passion for Jesus and early 2000's rap music, and the sass level when they are together is as immeasurable as their love for one another. The bridal party is only complete if your person is there!

Friendship grown through their mutual friend Sawyer. Chris and Mitch hit it off years ago and have been friends ever since. Now when Mitch is in town, you are guaranteed never-ending shenanigans and to laugh so hard that your sides and cheeks are sore! Chris is thankful to have Mitch by his side.

As most know, Lauren-Ashley is a board member and the pageant director for the Scott Boudin Festival. This event has become and institution in Chris and Lauren's life, the city of Scott, and Louisiana.

But there is something even more special that the festival has brought into Lauren and Chris' life - a group of dear friends! Over the years Lauren-Ashley has developed close personal relationships with her queens and their families. Overtime, the group of friends and incredible Scott Boudin volunteers became known as the BouCrew!

Lauren-Ashley desparately wanted this special group of women to be honored during their wedding. Keep an eye out at the wedding, because this incredible group will be wearing blue, because on Lauren and Chris' special day they will be the "SOMETHING BLUE BOU CREW!"
